PillarShield — The Product
PillarShield is a content governance service that sits at the save/publish boundary of your CMS. It doesn't write your content. It doesn't clean up after the fact. It catches the stuff that shouldn't go live before it goes live.
PII and credential detection
SSNs, phone numbers, API keys, internal-only markers. Deterministic regex catches the obvious. AI steps in when the match is ambiguous.
Prohibited terms
Brand policy, legal restrictions, competitor mentions. You define the list.
Tone, safety, and moderation
AI checks catch off-brand tone, hate speech, and content that shouldn't be public. You control the certainty threshold for when it warns vs. when it blocks.
Immutable audit trail
Every allow, block, and override is logged server-side. Legal never has to ask "how did this get out?" because it didn't get out.
